Week 1
Discover Her
Awakening the Woman Within
Before you can intentionally become the woman you're called to be, you have to become acquainted with the woman standing here today.
This week, we're slowing down long enough to see her, hear her, honor her—and begin discovering who she's becoming.
This week isn't about fixing yourself. It's about meeting yourself.
Your Week 1 Teaching
Discover Her: Meeting Yourself Again
Begin here. In this week's teaching, Monika will guide you through recognizing the woman you've had to become, separating your roles from your identity, meeting yourself where you are, and beginning to envision the woman ahead of you.

THIS WEEK'S SCRIPTURE
Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
THIS WEEK'S TRUTH
Transformation isn't simply changing what you do. It begins by changing what you believe—about God, about your life, and about yourself.
WEEK 1 WORKBOOK
Go Deeper
Your Week 1 workbook is your space to slow down, reflect, and put this week's teaching into practice.
Inside, you'll explore the woman you see today, separate your roles from your identity, journal through what you're discovering, complete the Mirror Exercise, choose your weekly action step, and reflect on what you're taking forward.
Take your time. This isn't something you need to finish in one sitting. Give yourself permission to answer honestly and return to the workbook throughout the week.
THE MIRROR MOMENT
Meet Her
At some point this week, stand in front of a mirror and look into your own eyes.
Don't inspect yourself.
Don't criticize yourself.
Don't fix anything.
See her.
Honor what she's survived. Honor how far she's come. Forgive what she didn't know. And give her permission to become.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Stay there for one full minute. No phone. No music. No distractions. Just you and the woman looking back at you.
The complete Mirror Exercise is inside your Week 1 workbook.
WEEK 1 PRAYER
A Prayer for Rediscovery
Father, thank You for meeting me exactly where I am.
Help me quiet the voices that have told me who I should be so I can hear Your voice more clearly.
Show me the parts of myself I've forgotten, hidden, minimized, or left behind. Give me courage to release identities built from fear, pain, survival, or the expectations of others.
Renew my mind. Restore my confidence. Remind me that my story is still being written.
Help me see myself through Your eyes and intentionally become the woman You created me to be.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
WEEK 1 AFFIRMATION
Speak This Over Yourself
Your words matter. This week, be intentional about what you speak over yourself.
Return to this affirmation whenever old labels, limiting beliefs, or doubt begin speaking louder than the woman you're becoming.
Speak it. Believe it. Become it.
I am allowed to rediscover myself, release what no longer serves me, and intentionally become the woman God created me to be.
THIS WEEK’S ACTION
Reclaim One Thing
This week, choose one thing you've been neglecting about yourself and intentionally reclaim it.
It doesn't have to be big. Transformation is often built through small decisions that tell you, I matter too.
Rest • Friendship • Prayer • A Hobby • A Boundary • Journaling • Movement • Joy
The activity matters less than the message you're sending yourself:
I'm paying attention to myself again.
BEFORE YOU MOVE FORWARD
Complete Your Week 1 Check-In
Before you close out this week, return to the final page of your workbook and take a moment to reflect on what this experience revealed.
You don't need to have everything figured out. The goal of Week 1 wasn't to completely reinvent yourself.
It was to begin seeing yourself again.
Ask yourself:
What did I discover about myself?
What am I ready to release?
What did I begin reclaiming?
Where did I notice God stretching or speaking to me?
What am I taking with me into the next part of my journey?
Week 1 Complete 👑
You showed up.
You looked inward.
You told yourself the truth.
You gave yourself permission to become.
You have begun.
